Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of JunkIQ Pro (the "Service"), provided by Best Local Dumpster ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
JunkIQ Pro is an AI-assisted pricing tool for junk removal and hauling operators. You submit a job photo and ZIP code via Telegram or another supported channel and receive an estimated price, load size, and related outputs.
2. Pricing estimates are not guarantees
All outputs of the Service — including volume estimates, labor recommendations, disposal-cost figures, and suggested quotes — are probabilistic estimates generated by AI and third-party data. You are solely responsible for the final price you quote or charge your customers. We do not guarantee accuracy, profitability, or suitability of any estimate for any particular job.
3. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your license key and account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected (monthly or annually) until cancelled.
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to the payment method on file.
- Introductory and coupon-based pricing (e.g. the 50% off first 3 months, or TRIALGRAD) applies only for the stated promotional period; thereafter standard pricing applies.
- Prices are in US Dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops future renewals. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. If you believe you have been billed in error, contact us within 14 days.
6. Free trial
The free trial includes a limited number of AI analyses and is offered without a payment method. We may change or end the free trial at any time.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) resell, sublicense, or share your account; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models; (c) use the Service to violate any law or third-party right; (d) upload content you do not have the right to share; or (e) abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
8. Content and license
You retain ownership of photos, captions, and other content you submit ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Content solely to operate and improve the Service. We will not sell Customer Content. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve model accuracy.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, prompts, branding, and outputs of the Service (other than Customer Content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that ownership to you.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (including Telegram, Stripe, Anthropic, and regional disposal-cost data sources). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost profits or lost revenue — for example, any loss arising from a quote you issued based on a Service estimate.
13. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If changes are material we will notify active subscribers. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for activity that we reasonably believe is harmful to us, other users, or third parties.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we are headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute not subject to arbitration.
